Trong bối cảnh cách mạng công nghiệp 4.0 đang ngày càng chiếm vị thế quan trọng, nhà cái uy tín và Trường Đại học Ngoại thương đã hợp tác tổ chức Hội thảo Khoa học Quốc gia với chủ đề: “Đẩy mạnh ứng dụng khoa học dữ liệu để phát triển kinh tế số Việt Nam.”

Hội thảo được diễn ra vào sáng 16/11/2023 tại Trường Top 10 Nhà Cái Uy Tín Năm 2024. Hội thảo tập trung thảo luận về nhiều vấn đề quan trọng nhằm khuyến khích ứng dụng khoa học dữ liệu trong phát triển kinh tế số. Các nội dung chính bao gồm:

• Vai trò của khoa học dữ liệu trong hoạt động quản lý và nền kinh tế số;
• Xu hướng ứng dụng và phát triển của khoa học dữ liệu trên thế giới và tại Việt Nam;
• Ứng dụng của khoa học dữ liệu trong doanh nghiệp;
• Các công nghệ chính của kinh tế số, vai trò và vấn đề sử dụng các công nghệ này trong tổ chức, doanh nghiệp;
• Những thách thức về chuyển đổi mô hình của các doanh nghiệp truyền thống trong bối cảnh kinh tế số;
• Các nghiên cứu, giải pháp khoa học và triển khai ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin nhằm khai thác và tận dụng tối đa nguồn dữ liệu hiện có;
• Các giải pháp ứng dụng khoa học dữ liệu vào quản lý nhà nước, hình thành nền tảng của chính phủ số, kinh tế số;
• Cơ hội, thách thức trong phát triển kinh tế số ở Việt Nam và các quốc gia trên thế giới;
• Xu hướng phát triển kinh tế số của Việt Nam;
• Thực tế phát triển kinh tế số ở một số quốc gia;
• Các giải pháp, khung pháp lý, chính sách nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý, khai thác, sử dụng và phát huy các nguồn lực của nền kinh tế số;
• Điều kiện, giải pháp đẩy mạnh ứng dụng khoa học dữ liệu để phát triển kinh tế số Việt Nam;
• Các vấn đề khác liên quan khoa học dữ liệu và kinh tế số.

Mục đích của Hội thảo nhằm hướng đến việc tăng cường sự trao đổi, chia sẻ thông tin giữa các chuyên gia, nhà nghiên cứu, cơ quan quản lý và cộng đồng doanh nghiệp. Đây cũng là dịp để cung cấp hệ thống kiến thức mới cho tập thể giảng viên, sinh viên nhà cái uy tín và Trường Đại học Ngoại thương về nền kinh tế số Việt Nam.

Dự kiến trong Hội thảo lần này sẽ quy tụ khoảng 350 người tham gia, gồm các vị đại biểu đến từ Sở Thông tin và Truyền thông, Sở Khoa học và Công nghệ, Sở Công Thương, Tỉnh đoàn Bình Thuận, Liên hiệp các Hội Khoa học và Kỹ thuật, Liên đoàn Thương mại và Công nghiệp, VNPT Bình Thuận, Liên đoàn Thương mại và Công nghiệp Việt Nam – Chi nhánh Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Ủy ban nhân dân các huyện, thị, thành thuộc tỉnh Bình Thuận. Đặc biệt, sự hiện diện của giảng viên và sinh viên đến từ các trường Đại học và Cao đẳng cũng là điểm nhấn quan trọng của chương trình.

Hội thảo Khoa học Quốc gia “Đẩy mạnh ứng dụng khoa học dữ liệu để phát triển kinh tế số Việt Nam” hứa hẹn sẽ là cơ hội quý báu để cộng đồng hiểu rõ hơn về ứng dụng khoa học dữ liệu trong phát triển kinh tế số, từ đó đề xuất giải pháp và hướng phát triển sáng tạo cho nền kinh tế Việt Nam trong thời kỳ hội nhập.

In the context of the 4.0 industrial revolution, which is increasingly taking on an important position, Phan Thiet University and Foreign Trade University have cooperated to organize a National Science Conference with the theme: “Promoting scientific applications.” data to develop Vietnam’s digital economy.”

The conference took place on the morning of November 16, 2023 at Phan Thiet University. The conference focused on discussing many important issues to encourage the application of data science in digital economic development. The main contents include:

• The role of data science in management and the digital economy;
• Application and development trends of data science in the world and in Vietnam;
• Application of data science in business;
• Main technologies of the digital economy, roles and issues of using these technologies in organizations and businesses;
• Challenges in model transformation of traditional businesses in the context of the digital economy;
• Research, scientific solutions and implementation of information technology applications to exploit and make the most of existing data sources;
• Solutions for applying data science to state management, forming the foundation of digital government and digital economy;
• Opportunities and challenges in digital economic development in Vietnam and countries around the world;
• Vietnam’s digital economic development trends;
• The reality of digital economic development in some countries;
• Solutions, legal frameworks, and policies to improve the efficiency of management, exploitation, use and promotion of resources of the digital economy;
• Conditions and solutions to promote the application of data science to develop Vietnam’s digital economy;
• Other issues related to data science and digital economy.

The purpose of the Conference is to enhance the exchange and sharing of information between experts, researchers, management agencies and the business community. This is also an opportunity to provide a new knowledge system to the collective of lecturers and students of Phan Thiet University and Foreign Trade University about Vietnam’s digital economy.

It is expected that this conference will gather about 350 participants, including delegates from the Department of Information and Communications, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Industry and Trade, Binh Thuan Provincial Youth Union, and Union of Associations. Science and Technology, Confederation of Commerce and Industry, VNPT Binh Thuan, Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry – Ho Chi Minh City Branch, People’s Committees of districts, towns and cities in Binh Thuan province . In particular, the presence of lecturers and students from Universities and Colleges is also an important highlight of the program.
